The 2023 NBA Draft is a month away, meaning teams are doing their due diligence on the top prospects available to make the leap to the next level. We’re doing the same here at Hoops Habit.

The NBA Draft Combine may have had an impact on the incoming class, both in terms of risers and fallers, though the impact is not nearly as strong as the combine the NFL hosts every year. There are still decisions to be made for college students who have maintained their eligibility, too.

The point guard that tops this list probably won’t be much of a surprise to those following the draft. The only question is whether or not he’ll be the second or third overall pick, particularly after a campaign that wasn’t seen by many.
